Welcome

During this visit, a thorough consultation and exam will take place.  If Dr. Lawler recommends imaging or other testing she will order them at this time. If no other testing is required, treatment will be provided the  same day.  

During this visit Dr. Lawler will provide chiropractic treatment and any soft tissue mobilization she feels is needed. 

IASTM or "scrapping" is a soft tissue treatment that involves the use of a tool. Similar to massage, this will increase the blood flow, healing time, and mobilization, as well as decrease pain and muscle spasms. 

IASTM can be a stand alone visit but will be administered during a chiropractic visit when indicated at no extra charge.

Cupping may be recommended for the relief of muscle tension and trigger points.   Cupping can be utilized both statically or dynamically to achieve desired soft tissue response.

 Cupping may be added to a chiropractic or new patient appointment.

Patients will be prescribed a home exercise plan specific to their diagnosis to support and maximize the treatment given in the clinic.

During the first visit there will be an in depth consultation and history. Labs or other specialized testing may be recommended at that time. 

Dr. Lawler will go over all the information to come up with a treatment plan that will usually involve supplementation or dietary changes to support and aid in your body in healing itself. This treatment plan will be presented during a report of findings. 

During this visit Dr. Lawler will discuss how the treatment plan is working for you and will discuss any changes that will need to be made during this time. 

Dr. Lawler utilizes several specialized test that include but not limited to UA, food sensitivity, hormone, and thyroid.
